Personally I have been transformed in ways that where beyond my expectation. I just recalled something that happened sometime last week. Parked outside my home was a powerful Toyota car which I intended to use to take me to my destination. 


I got inside to drive but could not do so because something was missing that enabled me to drive. The car had fuel and was in perfect condition but as I got inside I realized what was wrong ... I had left the key inside and without it I could not get anyway. I realized that even spiritually you can be loaded with power, gifts and talents but without a key that unlocks your potential you cannot get anywhere. It was in 2012 that I discovered that Apostle Pride Sibiya was the key that God would use to unlock my potential.

I first met the humble servant of God Apostle Sibiya in 2003 and followed his ministry from a distance and it took me ten years to finally submit to his authority. Basically I am not someone who is quickly moved and now here is what ushered me to submit to him after a decade including what I have learnt from my father in the Lord.

1. On Marriage: The foundation of a successful ministry is in having a successful marriage. Apostle teaches that marriage must be enjoyable, romantic and Christ centered and this is evident even in his own marriage to Mama Sibiya. A man ought to love his wife and give her the first priority in life and just last week he told me to make my wife the happiest woman in my world.

 2. On Mentorship: On this, Apostle emphasizes that you cannot be a good father unless you have been fathered. One cannot effectively lead unless he has mastered the art of following and its important to follow someone greater and more mature than you. One of his popular sayings is, “Ndinotamba nevezera rangu asi ndichigara nevakuru” (I play with those of my level but dwell under the counsel of the elders). Seeing him submit to Apostle A. Chisango made me desire to submit to him because I knew that I had found a man who practiced what he preached. Many talk of submission when they are never submitted to anyone.
3. On Simplicity: Even though Apostle Sibiya has over a hundred assemblies, he still remains humble and presents the gospel in its simplest form. He is firm, very principled but never a complicated man. I have seen both the rich and poor being treated equally by him and the word teaches that we should show no partiality (James Chapter 2).

4. On Life In General: At times I grow impatient and would want to jump certain stages in life but my father teaches that we move from stage to stage, one step at a time. This wisdom from him is what has made me progressively successful in ministry. I have also seen in his life that building relationships is more important than having all the money in the world.

As Tiyambuke draws near, check these 10 principles of excellence when serving in any department within Glory Ministries Conferences:


1. Know the vision of Glory Ministries and the heart of Apostle Pride Sibiya: Buy the book His Glory Our Vision and take time to read it. Also know the vision of the department and write it down, We also encourage our leaders to communicate the vision of the department to the people under them.

2. When Serving as a leader within Glry Ministries - Chart an Action Plan for the area where you lead
 i.e. where are you taking people. It must be within the restrictions of the main vision of Glory Ministries and the particular conference. Chart your course according to the vision or under the pastor’s vision. You must supervise your department.

3. Have a vision of where you are taking the area which you are leading: Does the department which you lead know where they are going? Habakkuk 2 v 1-3 Write the vision down make it plain. Communicate it to the people under you. Make sure your vision supports the main church vision. It should be under the vision of Glory Ministries and Apostle P. Sibiya as you are also under him.

4. People don’t give to needs they support a vision. Proverbs 29:18 'Where there is no revelation, the people cast of restraint; But happy is he who keeps the law' People follow a vision because it attracts them. A vision has power whether its right or wrong.

5. When working as a leader, remember to choose a vice if you pastor or leader does not give you one. Make sure you choose someone with whom you will flow well with. Do so after some time of prayer. Also choose a sub committee leadership group to work with in the area where you lead.

6. Know that you are servant of the church and the church is not your servant. Romans 16:1. We are servants. If you want to be greater you must be a servant of all. Our core value of Servanthood.

7. What is important is productivity not the title. Let people give you a title not the opposite. Romans 16:1. Let what you are doing name you.
8. Don’t be a man pleaser- It’s a call and ministry Colossians 3:22-25 , Ephesians 6:6. Don’t do things because you want to please your pastor or Apostle P. Sibiya. Do everything with all your heart as unto the Lord. Understand that we are doing things for the Lord Jesus.

9. It’s a heart ministry. It’s a passion. Ephesians 6:6-7. It’s a calling you must be passionate for your ministry. Be committed to what God has called you for. Do things from the bottom of your heart. Be obedient to your leaders within Glory Ministries and Apostle P. Sibiya.

10. Do not interfere with Pastoral or spiritual things. Know where you end do not criss cross. Respect the man of God. Example of Aaron and Miriam they did not listen to Moses and Miriam was struck with leprosy. Leave Pastoral duties alone- talk to them with respect.

2. Know the word of God and be prayerful and fast for your work that you will be doing so that its fruitful. Be fruitful in the house like an olive plant. John 15:1–8. You are a branch in the house of God. There must be testimonies of what you are doing. Refuse a fruitless ministry.

3. Don’t be rough, angry, a gossiper, rude, proud, lazy, selfish and a stubborn person.

4. Talk good about your church, market your church.

5. Have the wisdom of God in you.

6. Have a correctable and teachable spirit.

1. Start with prayer always in whatever you will be doing. We are enemies of the devil because we are advancing the Kingdom of God and this is a spiritual warfare. The devil is not happy with what we are doing.

2. You reap what you saw so make sure you check what you are sowing. Gal 6:7-10.Do not be deceived God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap Because you are working in the soil of God, you are in the environment of Heaven. You are sowing to the spirit. Always bear in mind that you will always reap when you sow

3. Your conduct must be sober with people and congregants. Be full of the spirit of God, have good reputation, do not be rough with people, be kind to people. Colossians 4 v 6.’’Let your speech always be with grace seasoned with salt that you may know how you ought to answer each one’’

4. Always remember whatever you are doing here you are doing it for your descendents and your children’s children.

5. Strive to be a person of good reputation, doing it for God and not for man. Be a God pleaser and not a man pleaser. Colossians 3:22-25 ’’And whatever you do, do it heartily as to the Lord and not to men. Knowing that from the lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the lord Christ. But he who does wrong will be repaid for what he has done, and there is no partiality’’. Take whatever you are doing as yours and do it like you will do yours. Do it from the heart and not eye service.

6. Be faithful with the least: Luke 16:8,10. If you are not faithful with little things then you can not be trusted with much. How will God bless you with true riches if are not faithful? Follow our first core value ’’Honor and fear God’’

7. Be faithful learn to manage yourself according to the fear of the lord in your heart. Do not get yourself bad results be responsible.

8. Have ability to manage yourself and report faithfully to your manager in heaven. You will surely reap.

9. Be able to keep confidential Information. Do not give information to media or newspaper. Every house has its own secrets. No gossipers –be able to keep information, What we speak here ends here. It’s an offence to take information from the church to outsiders. We are a transparent church but we do it through protocol and there are procedures that we follow.

Harare – Tiyambuke International Christian Convention (TICC) 2018 – a Glory Ministries conference draws its origins from the bible.

While, in principle, Glory Ministries encourages everyone attending the Tiyambuke Convention to be responsible in safekeeping their belongings, the security officers deployed are also at your disposal to ensure your maximum safety and comfort. The Cost is Free

Since its inception, Tiyambuke is a “free-to-attend conference” to all non-Glory Ministries members. All the expenses are generally footed by Glory Ministries and its partners. Your only responsibility is to pack your “tools-of-trade” to use during the conference. The year 2018 marks four decades (40 years) of my father’s earthly breathe and existence; 23 years of his ministration of the undiluted gospel of Jesus Christ; and 17 years of the existence of Glory Ministries; the organisation where he is the founding father, incumbent president and presiding bishop. 


Apostle Pride Sibiya, affectionately known as Chabod (Kabod) in Glory Ministries’ close circles, has fathered me for close to 7 years now, and for all that time I have come to partake, receive, be influenced, equipped, transformed and witnessed the full “Manifestation of God’s Glory on Earth” through the humble servant of the Most High. Without any shadow of doubt, I can testify that indeed my father is a Kingdom General who is busy 24/7 reproducing and “Building Kingdom Generals”.

Apostle Pride Sibiya was born to the late Stanley Sibiya and Lizzy Sibiya on 5 September 1978. He grew up as the only son in a family of three children, himself as the only boy anchored by two girls either side of his life. He is happily to Pastor Anna Tendayi Sibiya, and blessed with three daughters; Anouya, Anenyasha and Anaya. But how do I attest of the Godly commandant attributes of my father? How do I make the world understand Apostle Pride Sibiya as a Kingdom General? In my endeavour to do so, I will attest using the seven attributes I have witnessed first-hand both in his personal/family life and through his exemplary Kingdom Life.

1. Apostolic Father: Apostle Pride Sibiya has a traceable progressive history that saw him at one time becoming occasionally mentally retarded, and this is on record at Zengeza 1 High School (Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe). He gave his life to Jesus Christ as a small boy in 1984 during an explosive crusade featuring Evangelist Reinhardt Bonnke of Germany. Fast-forward his life to 2001 where he founded Glory Ministries, and since then Apostle Pride Sibiya has progressively grown to become an apostolic father to many people in the body of Christ. The servant of God is an ordained apostle and bishop, and fathers/mentors many sons and daughters within and outside Glory Ministries; and within and outside Zimbabwe. Over the years his ministry and apostolic fatherhood has been authenticated by seasoned Kingdom Generals who have graced many events he has hosted, with Tiyambuke International Christian Convention (TICC) leading the way.

Over the years, Apostle Pride Sibiya has hosted his father, Apostle Alexander Chisango of KINOC, his mentor Archbishop Asa Gurupira of Faith In God Ministries International, Bishop Abel Sande “The Caterpillar” of Ambassadors for Christ Ministries International, Evangelist Paul Saungweme of Jesus for Africa Evangelistic Ministries, Bishop Ngwiza Mkandla of Faith Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Alfred Jaka of Exalters of Jesus Christ Ministries International, Apostle Noah Parwaringira of The Great Commission Assemblies International, and Apostle Tavonga Vutabwashe of Heartfelt International Ministries and Apostle “Splasher” Wilson Jijita of Kingdom Fire network, to mention but a few. All this attests that Apostle Pride Sibiya, as a Kingdom General, he is an apostolic father. 

2. Church Planter: When Glory Ministries was founded in 2001, Apostle Pride Sibiya attended the very first service alone. The first member of Glory Ministries to join him; our International Overseer, Apostle Shiloh Masenyama, did so from the second service onwards. And over the last 17 years, God has enabled His Servant to grow the church from one person in attendance (himself) to over 100 churches within Southern Africa and beyond. Glory Ministries now houses five arms under it; Glory Churches, Dawn Evangelistic Ministry, City to City Intercessory Ministry, Youth Alive and Glory Conferences. It is now sub-divided into many districts and provinces, all attesting to his strong call and desire for saturation church planting. While for the first 10 years (2001 to 2011) the servant of God was mostly laying out a strong and sure foundation for launching the ministry into a pre-set destiny; from 2012 to 2017 (The Season of Mega) the church experienced an exponential growth in all its facets. Apostle Pride Sibiya - A Church Planter!
In November 2016, the servant of God was prayed for by Bishop Dag Heward-Mills of Lighthouse Chapel International (LCI) of Ghana when he came to Zimbabwe for a series of Healing Jesus Crusades, and he received the grace for running mega church. In November 2017, he was prayed for by Bishop Tudor Bismark of Jabula New Life Ministries and received a prophetic word: “When you walked to the front (to teach), I saw your suit covered with flags! God has called you to the nations!” Even words and actions of such senior Kingdom Generals are attesting to the fact that Apostle Pride Sibiya is called to the nations to plant churches. As a Kingdom General, he is a church planter.

3. Prophetic Voice: Apostle Pride Sibiya is primarily a man of explosive evangelism and saturation church-planting. He enjoys his peace and comfort when multitudes are being saved and giving their lives to Jesus Christ. He is a man of “plundering hell and populating heaven”. However, as a Kingdom General, he has also occasionally given a number of individual, national and international prophecies, which have come to be fulfilled in their due seasons. On the Crossover Night of 31 December 2014, he gave a national prophetic word: “Someone influential will be sent by God to speak in the nation (Zimbabwe) concerning the welfare of the aged and pensioners”. And The Herald of 25 July 2015 screamed with a headline: President sets up Pensions Conversion Commission. I quote: “President Mugabe has set-up a Commission of Inquiry to probe the conversion process used to convert pensions and insurance benefits following the dollarization of the economy in 2009. This followed concerns by pensioners that their pensions and insurance benefits were undervalued during the switchover from the Zimbabwean dollar to the US dollar. The nine member commission is chaired by Retired Judge Justice George Smith”.
Apostle Pride Sibiya- A Prophetic Voice!
On 31 December 2015, Apostle Pride Sibiya released a national prophetic word: “God is releasing grace on poultry in 2016, and the whole agricultural industry in general”. On 24 January 2016, The Sunday Mail screamed with a headline: “Quail (Zvihuta) Farming on the Rise”. I quote: “Quail farming is on the rise in the country due to increased demand of the bird’s meat and eggs”.

Again, on 31 December 2015, Apostle Pride Sibiya released an international prophetic word: “There are going to be a number of short wars between countries and races in the world mainly due to political misunderstandings. Tensions will rise”. On 29 December 2016, the Cable News Network (CNN) reported that “Russia Sanctions Announced by White House”. The then US President, Barack Obama, was quoted on the news: “These actions follow repeated private and public warnings that we have issued to the Russian government, and are a necessary and appropriate response to efforts to harm US interests in violation of established international norms of behaviour”. The Russian diplomats and their families were given 72 hours to leave the United States of America. Over the years, Apostle Pride Sibiya has released numerous accurate individual, national and international prophecies including one for the just ended Zimbabwe’s 2018 Harmonised Elections. The servant of God, as a Kingdom General, is a prophetic voice to the world.
4. Marriage Counsellor and Family Builder: The Almighty God remains the ultimate master-builder of marriages and families as a foundation of human multiplication and dominion (Genesis 1:27-28). Over the years, Apostle Pride Sibiya has been used by God to build new marriages, repair broken ones and/or reunite disintegrated families. He has done this across the board; from teenagers to old people; from ordinary church members to ministry founders/bishops; from ordinary citizens to high ranking government officials/celebrities. To further cement this calling, Apostle Pride Sibiya has written a book warning the youths on the dangers of premarital sex named “LET’S TALK ABOUT SEX BABE!”

5. Compassion Minister: Apostle Pride Sibiya has over the years ministered to many people, within and outside Glory Ministries, on their physical/biological needs. For nearly two decades, he has managed to house stranded people in his home, lived with mentally-challenged and demonic-possessed people (including those that had been initiated into Satanism), paid school fees for disadvantaged school-going children (for primary, secondary and tertiary students), celebrated his birthdays and ministry anniversaries with old people’s homes and/or children’s orphanages. He has done most of these initiates in his own capacity and his family, and sometimes through Glory Ministries’ fifth vision statement tier of “SOCIAL RELEVANCE”.

The greatest satisfaction that my father takes home from all these initiatives is to be able to provide a stepping stone to someone who goes on to realise their dreams. Again, there are numerous documented testimonies out there of orphans who graduated, divorcees who got married and wedded, sickly people who got treatments and are now employed, street wonderers who are now pastors in their own right; all coming through the servant of God. This I have heard, I have seen and I have witnessed first-hand. My father is a Kingdom General even as a compassion minister.

6. Conference Speaker and Leadership Coach: Apostle Pride Sibiya has hosted many conferences himself, chief among them being the Tiyambuke International Christian Convention (TICC), which is hosted under Glory Conferences; an arm of Glory Ministries. As an Apostle of God, his desire is to “duplicate himself” just like Jesus Christ who reproduced himself in his disciples (who became Apostles). The third tier of our vision statement is “EQUIP BELIEVERS”; and in pursuit of this Apostle Pride Sibiya has also hosted:

He has also been taught through his videos being aired on the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC), and other radio channels in Zimbabwe. Some of the notable series he has touched taught on include Angels, The Apostolic Order, Dimensions of Prosperity, Honouring Servants of God, The Hard Sayings of Jesus, Marriage and Sex, Disadvantages of Poverty, Spiritual Spouses, Laws of the Spirit; and Soul, Body and Spirit. My father, as a Kingdom General, has moulded the world through rich kingdom teachings and leadership coaching.

Apostle Pride Sibiya is a gifted writer of repute. Over the years he has managed to publish the following notable books:

The world at large has been blessed through the rich writings of my father. As an accomplished author, he is indeed a Kingdom General.

As I conclude my article, let me hasten to say that the world has been blessed with many Kingdom Generals over the centuries. Some have been very visible in their areas of calling, but some have done their work quietly with their results doing the talking. Within the whole spectrum of Kingdom Generals, my father Apostle Pride Sibiya is one of them. He is a man who has influenced many lives and changed many perspectives, all for the betterment of the Kingdom of God.

As he starts a new chapter of life when he turns 40 years old on 5 September 2018, I wish my father a long life laden with many divine and earthly works. As a complete package from God, let my father grow much more in wisdom and understanding even as he continues to build a far reaching legacy as a KINGDOM GENERAL!!

Tiyambuke International Christian Convention (TICC) is a convention of Christian saints from the cooperate Body of Christ hosted by Glory Ministries a ministry led by Apostle Pride and Anna Sibiya.


Tiyambuke has been running since 2001 and has matured to be one of the biggest conferences in Zimbabwe.
The name “Tiyambuke” meaning, “Let us cross over,” speaks volumes of its aim. Drawing from the Biblical Exodus, it aims to take people from the figurative Egypt of ignorance, sin, sickness, demonic bondage, poverty into a Canaan of knowledge, the love and fear of God, health and well-being, emancipation and divine prosperity.

This year, the conference has a special bias of grooming and building people to become generals in life who can in-tern participate in building God's Mega Church. This is in line with Glory Ministries' 5 year season - The Season Of Building and the 2018 theme - Building  Sanctuary For God!

Many believers live in perpetual defeat due to believing the lies of the enemy until those lies become mental strongholds.


John 10:10 clearly states that the plans of the devil are to hinder, discourage and bring forth harm and destructions to us. But the good news is that we have a weapon far greater than the forces of evil, the sword, Word of God (2 Corinthians 10:4).

The year 2018 marks four decades (40 years) of my father’s earthly breathe and existence; 23 years of his ministration of the undiluted gospel of Jesus Christ; and 17 years of the existence of Glory Ministries; the organisation where he is the founding father, incumbent president and presiding bishop.

Apostle Pride Sibiya, affectionately known as Chabod (Kabod) in Glory Ministries’ close circles, has fathered me for close to 7 years now, and for all that time I have come to partake, receive, be influenced, equipped, transformed and witnessed the full “Manifestation of God’s Glory on Earth” through the humble servant of the Most High. Without any shadow of doubt, I can testify that indeed my father is a Kingdom General who is busy 24/7 reproducing and “Building Kingdom Generals”.

Apostle Pride Sibiya was born to the late Stanley Sibiya and Lizzy Sibiya on 5 September 1978. He grew up as the only son in a family of three children, himself as the only boy anchored by two girls either side of his life. He is happily to Pastor Anna Tendayi Sibiya, and blessed with three daughters; Anouya, Anenyasha and Anaya. But how do I attest of the Godly commandant attributes of my father? The greater your leadership ability the better you will be at using conflict. Low Impact leaders do not use conflict; they either avoid it completely or make it worse by being reactive. High Impact leaders or GOD'S GENERALS understand that conflict can be used to strengthen the team and boost their influence with them.

GOD'S KINGDOM GENERALS use conflict in the following 7 ways:

1. To Earn Respect: Kingdom Generals earn respect by bringing those in conflict together instead of separating them as Low Impact leaders do. Their leadership ability allows them to effectively address and resolve the issue with the team. This naturally elevates the leader’s influence. As a result, there will actually be less conflict in the future. Kingdom Generals intentionally reduce the opportunity for conflict.

2. To Build Trust: The minute a Kingdom General realizes there is a conflict they pause the conversation until all parties are present. By creating an environment where all parties involved in the conflict must be present before discussing an issue, those on the team can trust that there is no “closed door” talk taking place behind their back. This builds trust among the team because everyone knows the leader will do the same for them.

3. To Grow Those In Conflict: By bringing those in conflict together, the leader is getting them out of their comfort zone, which is where all growth happens. The Kingdom Generals creates an environment that allows growth to come from the conflict. The leader enters the conflict and coaches those involved using thought provoking questions that facilitate decision making and problem solving at the source.

4. To Model Leadership: The leader takes advantage of the opportunity to model the ways in which a Kingdom General should deal with conflict. They model the behaviors that lead to resolution such as: calmness, listening, valuing others opinions, and seeking first to understand before being understood.

5. To Coach: The Kingdom Generals does not solve the problem and doesn’t tell those in conflict what to do to resolve the issue. He or she enters the conflict using questions that helps those in conflict find their own answers in a way that allows all parties to buy-in and support the outcome effectively. The goal is to reach a synergistic solution that everyone supports and helped create.

6. To Eliminate Bad Mouthing: When someone blaming or pointing the finger at someone else approaches a Kingdom General to “tell them all about it,” and the leader says, “Wait a minute, let’s have the others join us before we go any farther,” most of the bad mouthing will stop. Most people don’t want to “talk to others.” They want to “talk about others.”Kingdom General will take that option away.

7. To Create Synergy: Kingdom General knows, when there is conflict, there’s always a third alternative. Therefore, the leader will ask those in conflict if they are willing to continue to communicate until they can all agree on a solution. Most often, this is a synergistic solution that no one had thought about before. It doesn’t have to be your way or my way. We can work together to do it a new and better way.

When it comes to conflict, Kingdom Generals turn a negative into a positive. That’s what Kingdom Generals do. They make things better. However, Low Impact leaders, that haven’t done the necessary work on themselves ahead of time, usually make the situation worse.

You can't hold someone back without staying back with them. You also can't lift someone up without going up with them.

Leaders are always making it happen, allowing to happen, or preventing it from happening. If you are not doing one of these three things, someone else is leading.
